Your GDPR Rights

Right of Access (Art. 15)
You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and if so, to receive a copy of that data along with information about how it is processed.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16)
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you, and the right to have incomplete data completed.
Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17)
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This applies where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where processing is unlawful. Note that OfferInbox automatically deletes project data after 30 days.
Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18)
You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example while accuracy is being contested or while you have objected to processing.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)
You have the right to receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where it is based on legitimate interests. We will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
How to Submit a Request
Email [contact@offerinbox.com] with the subject line "GDPR Request: [Right You Are Exercising]". Please include enough information for us to identify any data we may hold. We will respond within 30 days. In complex cases we may extend this by a further 60 days with notice.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde) if you believe our processing of your personal data violates GDPR. Contact: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria. www.dsb.gv.at
