Yes, the core comparison features are completely free. We plan to introduce paid plans for teams and advanced features in the future, but the free tier will always include the core comparison workflow.
PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and images (JPG, PNG). Any document containing offer or quote information can be uploaded.
Only people with your private project link. Documents are never public, never indexed by search engines, and only accessible via your unique 48-character project token.
30 days after project creation, then automatically and permanently deleted. You can delete a project earlier from its project page.
Project data is stored in a Neon EU database region and uploaded documents use a Cloudflare R2 bucket with EU jurisdiction. See our Privacy Policy for the full processing and transfer details.
No. We use the Google Gemini API under terms that explicitly prohibit using API inputs and outputs for model training. Your documents are never used to improve any AI model.
There's no hard limit. The comparison works best with 3–10 vendors. Beyond that, the table becomes wide but still functional.

Yes. Share your private project link with anyone who needs to review the comparison. Anyone with the link can view the full comparison table and AI summary.
The AI will extract what it can and mark uncertain fields. You can always view the original document to verify. If extraction quality is poor, try uploading a cleaner version of the document.
Files are immediately and permanently removed from our storage. There is no recovery after deletion.
Export functionality (PDF/Excel) is coming soon. Currently you can screenshot or use your browser print function to capture the comparison table.
