Permitted Use

OfferInbox is designed for legitimate business document comparison. You may use the service to:

• Upload vendor quotes, contractor bids, supplier proposals, and similar business documents
• Compare offers for procurement, renovation, IT, and other business decisions
• Share comparison results with your team via private project links

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content: Uploading documents that contain illegal content or that you do not have the right to share
• Third-party PII: Uploading documents containing personally identifiable information of third parties without their authorization or a valid legal basis
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary code or algorithms from the service
• Scraping: Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the service beyond normal use
• Spam: Using the service to generate or distribute spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive content
• Copyright infringement: Uploading copyrighted material without authorization
• Service abuse: Attempting to overload, circumvent rate limits, or otherwise disrupt the service
• False identity: Impersonating another person or organization

Enforcement
